What's your opinion on '1337' speak and shortenings? Do you use them? Or are you the sort of person who always uses the correct words, or even corrects other people? I personally never really use shortenings (With the exceptions of stuff like lil' - but I guess that's just how I speak ) - and I don't really like it when people use them all the time.

I try to avoid 1337 speak. Sometimes people are using 1337 abbreviations I don't understand so that's pretty annoying.
Btw how is this related to RuneScape
? I can understand that it's used a lot in RuneScape but it's not unique to RuneScape.

I come from a place in Scotland which pronounces the word butter (etc) without the t's.
On the internet, i only say 'u' if im lazy. I usually correct others ^^
