No, I am not part of a clan. I use to be but I always get distracted from events. Although I must admit, clan wars in the old wilderness was one of the best things I've done in RuneScape.

I think clans do help in pking and having fun with clan wars.... but other than that clans are kinda boring........... Most are even based on being pures so if u have 70 def u get denied automatically. DUMB!

Im in a skilling clan myself, with it being the first and only clan that I have ever joined. I see it more of a community, rather than a clan, seeing as many of our members do not play the game anymore, and whilst the in game events are still great, I prefer it more for the friends that I have made rather than anything else.

I like the idea of a skilling clan, it's nice to talk to your friends while training but for some skills such as mining, you want to be left alone so you're not fighting for the ore.
