To get the skull scepter you kill: LVLs- 1; 2; 3; 4;
Stronghold of Security,
Barbarian Village,
1st level minitors, lvl 27 (right skull) Kingdom of Asgarnia
2nd level: flesh crawlers, lvl 28 (I think) (scepter) Runescape
3rd level: caba......,(???whatever???) lvl 53 top of (scepter)
4th level: and, ankous 75 or 83??? (left skull)

Heres my delema:
There are 2 kinds of ankous lvl 75 and 83 not sure which one tho lvl 83 or 75???

I think you should be able to kill both, but I'm not really sure.

I can (cb lvl is 72) but i've been killing them for 2 hours and i want to know if i'm killing the right one.
(i'll eventually figure it out but it will be a whole lat easier).

They both drop the scepter pice but unlucky for you its the higher level one that drop them more often
