Not realy there should be npc vote persons in every bank letting US decide on what WE want

There's the suggestion forum. Sadly a lot of the time what we want isn't entirely realistic or possible. Any suggestions Jagex like and think could work will be implemented. There's also Guaranteed content polls.

I'm happy with the way they're doing things.
