is there a way to make money high alching anymore? i really like high alching its fun but i would like to brake even when doing it

Yea easyst way (well f2p) Go on a busy world 1 works the best and spam buying all Rune medium helms 10k or lower! Rune meds high alk for 11520
Rune chain bodys also work quite well you can biy them of players for 25-28k and they alk for 30k!

also im trying to get a 99 skill whats the cheapest one is there one you can get for free on another account i got 99 fletch and that was free but not anymore

Cooking is the cheapest i belive but doing willows for flech is praticaly free

Of course all the resource gathering skills are free Fishing, Mining, Woodcutting and Hunter. But if you want the cheapest go for cooking.

It can be really slow but you can still make money by fletching willows or maples into longbows(u), you just have to be able to get rid of the junk. One way is by ending good items like godswords, d claws, bandos pl8 and tasssets, rares, etc...
