Kjartian, if you wish to embed youtube videos then use this format:
The video ID is the letters and numbers that appear after "?v=" in the video URL. Heres a quick example:
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzpanCqXuL4" is the video you want to embed, so the video ID is "zzpanCqXuL4" and you would type:
Which would give this:
To embed a different video, simply do the same only change the video ID to whatever is after the "?v=" in the video URL.
