| Start: Begin by talking to Brundt the Chieftain in the village of Rellekka. Rellekka can be found north of seer's village. Just follow the path north from Sinclair Mansion. |

| Items: A Beer, Hatchet, Knife, Onion, Cabbage, Potato, a Raw Shark (can be bought in Canfis), Tinderbox and 5.5k. Camelot teleport is recommended. |
Skills: 40 Woodcutting, , 25 Fletching, 40 Crafting and must kill a level 69 enemy. |
Talk to Brundt the Chieftain and ask him for a quest and then say that you're interested. To become part of the clan you must need 7 votes from the council members spread around the town.
You may choose your own order to get the votes form the council members.
Here is a map of the town with all the members you can get votes from.

Green: Sigmund the Merchant
Blue: Thorvald the Warrior
Yellow: Mani the Reveller
Red: Olaf the Bard
Purple: Seer the Peer
Black: Swensen the Navigator
White: Sigil the Huntsman
Sigmund the Merchant
To get his vote you need to show you merchant skill by getting a rare flower. To get it you need to talk to this people in the right order.
1. The Sailor - he's to the northwest of the market. He will give you the flowers if you give him a romantic ballet.
2. Olaf The Bard - he wants some new boots. He can be found east of the pub.
3. Yrsa - she can be found in the clothing shop southwest of the sailor, and she wants taxes reduced in exchange for the boots.
4. Brundt - he wants to know of Sigli's hunting secret.
5. Sigli The Huntsman – he can be found just south of the pub. He needs a balanced bowstring.
6. Skulgrimen - he is in the building to the north of the pub. He needs a rare fish.
7. Fisherman - he is to the northwest. He wants a map of the best fishing spots.
8. Swensen - he can be found just south of the market, and he wants a weather forecast.
9. Seer the Peer - he's a short distance northwest, and he needs a bodyguard.
10. Thorvald the Warrior - he is in the building north of the pub. He wants a place at the Champion's Table.
11. Manni - he wants the Barkeep's legendary cocktail.
12. Thora - she wants Askeladden to sign a contract to stay out of the pub.
13. Askeladden – He will give you a contract for 5,000gp.
Yes…now the annoying part. Trade the contract for the cocktail. Trade the cocktail for the bodyguard etc. When you finally traded the boots for the flower go back to Sigli and you will get his vote!
Thorvald the Warrior
Thorvald can be found north of the pub in a house. Talk to him and he will tell you that you need to kill Koschei the Deathless to get his vote.
Make sure you bring good food just to make sure you won't die. You can't wear any armor and weapons but you can take monk robes and an amulet if you want.
Go down the Ladder and walk around a bit until Koschei the Deathless appears. He doesn't have a combat lvl and has 4 forms. You need to kill the first 3 forms in order to pass. When the 4th form appears he will hit very fast. And it's almost impossible to kill him even for a lvl 80+. Just let him kill you and you will appear upstairs in Thorvalds house. Talk to him and you will get his vote for the bravery. (Note: make sure he kills you in the 4th form or else you will just die)
Note: There is of course a way to kill Koschei the Deathless. You will need a good combat lvl (90+),lvl 43 prayer, a lots of prayer pots and a super set. You have around 15-20 min to kill him and that's not much because you won't hit him at all. A very good way to hit him more is using 3-8 rings of recoil. If you manage to kill him you get a Fremennik blade (Also dropped by market guards and warriors)
Mani the Reveller
Talk to Mani the Reveller inside the pub and he will challenge you to a drinking contest. If you win you will get his vote. So grab a keg form the table to the north and then talk to him again. The contest starts and you loose. Go back south on the main road to seers village and you will come across a poison salesman. Talk to him and buy a low-alcoholic beer for 250 gp. Now go back north until the bridge and talk to the council workman and give him the NORMAL beer. He will give you a strange item that looks like a cherry. Be careful because it will explode if you use a tinderbox on it.
Go north until you reach the pub again and then go east of the pub. Light the strange object and put it in the pipe east of the pub.

Now go back to the pub and grab another beer keg. Use this with your low alcohol keg. Now challenge him and you'll win! That's another vote for you!
Olaf the Bard
Find him east of the pub. To get his vote you'll need to perform for the crowd in the pub. Try to get in and you'll find out that you need an instrument. Go south to the gate and then walk east on another mud path. Keep going east until you see Lalli a troll. Talk to Lalli. She won't tell you much. Go North West and use an axe on the swaying tree to get a branch. Now use a knife on it to get an unstrung lyre.

Go back to the pub and talk to Askeladden (the little kid to the south of the pub). He will give you a pet rock (you can get more after the quest if you want). Now go south east but stay inside the town walls. You will see a field with potatoes, unions and cabbages. Pick them all twice in case you eat one. Go back to Lalli and give her the pet rock but she won't take it anymore. You now get a plan to make stone soup. Use the potato, union, cabbage and pet rock (poor him) with the stew to make stone soup. Talk to Lalli again and you will get Golden Fleece. Go back to Seers village and string the Golden Fleece with the spinning wheel upstairs in a house south of the bank. Use the golden string with the unstrung lyre and you will have your instrument!
Now get your raw shark out of the bank. Go south west from Relleka to a strange looking altar.


Put your raw shark on the strange altar and Fossegrimen will appear and teach you how to play the instrument.
Go back to the podium and play! Then talk to Olaf for your vote!
Seer the peer
Go talk to Seer the peer south west form the marketplace. To get his vote you need to complete a very hard puzzle…going trough his house. Let him put all your stuff in the bank or do it yourself. To open the door you need to solve a riddle. Just look at the letters and choose your answer. This can be Fire, Wind, Mind, Life, Mage, Tree, or Time.
Now that you're inside get up the ladder. Grab a bucket from the cupboard. Drop the bucket and grab another one and pick the first one up.
Now search the room for a jug and get another one (drop the bucket and get a new one).
Now follow these steps
1. Empty the buckets in the drain
2. Fill the jugs with the tap
3. Put the water of the jug in the empty bucket ( you now have a 3/5 bucket)
4. Now put the other water filled jug inside the 3/5 bucket ( you now have a 1/3 jug)
5. Now put the 1/3 jug inside the empty bucket you have left (you now have a 1/5bucket)
6. Now fill the empty jug again and put it in the 1/5 bucket ( you now have a 4/5 bucket)
7. Use the 1/5 bucket with the crate at the ladder ( you now got a vase)
8. Study the head of the unicorn and the bull to get 2 discs
9. Search the bookcase for a red haring and cook this on the range ( you now have a sticky red goop)
10. Use the sticky red goop with the disk that not red yet
11. Now go down the ladder ( not the ladder that you came from)
12. Use the discs with the abstract mural ( you now have a vase lid)
13. Fill the vase with water
14. Put the lid on the vase ( you now got a sealed vase)
15. Go back up the stairs and use the sealed vase with the frozen table ( you now got a frozen key)
16. Use the frozen key with the range
17. Get out the other exit of the house by using the key on the door
You now got Peer the Seers vote!
Swensen the navigator
This one is easy. Talk to him in a house south of the market. You need to complete his maze to get his vote.
Go down the ladder and go South, West, East, North, South, East, and North (SWENSEN)
Talk to him and you'll get his vote!
Sigil the Huntsman
Before you start make sure you got stuff to kill an lvl 69 (food armor). Talk to Sigil the Huntsman just south of the pub. He will give you a hunter's talisman. Just use it to let it tell you what way you need to go. Its quite hard, but eventually you will find him. Kill him and talk to Sigil for his vote!
Now talk to Brundt the chieftain and quest complete!
