Go to Ali Morisane in al-kharid. He has a stall near the gem seller and the glider. Talk to him and he will tell you to visit his nephew. Buy a fake beard and headpiece from him and use it together to make a dessert disguise. Just wear it so you have more space.
Go to the shanty pass to the south and talk to shanty and buy a pass if you haven't got one already. Put on you're dessert equipment (shirt, robe, boots) and go through the gate.
Note: make sure you got gloves and money because that will prevent you from making a second trip.
The gangs
You will need to go to Polivineach. Either use a carpet ride or just walk there.
When you get in the town you will notice that everyone is named Ali. So its going to be harder than you first thought.
Go to the bar and buy some beers. Give Drunken Ali beers until he hey tells you that Ali had disappeared.
Look around for the Street Urchin and you will get some information about Ali scamming other gangs.
Talk to one of the members of a gang (Bandit and Menaphites) Bandits are north of the town Menaphites south of the village. They will tell you that they are in war because of a Camel.
Talk to the camel discounter (west in the town) and buy some camels. You will get 2 receipts. Give each gang one but nothing really has changed. You're character will get an idea to join a gang.
Go to the Menaphites and talk to one of the members. They will tell you to go to Ali the operator south west of the village in a tent.
Stealing 3 villagers
Ali the operator will let you join if you do a test. You need to steal 3 villagers. The first one is easy just pickpocket him. For the second you need to give a Street Urchin some money to distract a villager so that you can pickpocket him.
For the last one you need a blackjack to knock out the villager. You can get a blackjack from Ali the operator. When you knock out the villager pickpocket him and return to Ali the operator.
Stealing the Major
Ali the operator will now ask you to steal the Majors wife's jewelry. He will give you the key to the front door. Go to the big house in the middle of the village and hide behind the cactus to see if it's safe. When its safe use the key on the front door and get up the stairs. Search the picture (near the bed) and you will discover a safe. The code to the safe is 1,1,2,3,5,8 (it looks like a old telephone device) Grab the jewelry and go back to Ali the Operator.
The traitor
Ali the operator will tell you that a traitor is in the gang. Speak to a member and they wil tell you that they think its Traitorous Ali. Go to the barman and you will find out that the beer on the table in the bar is from Traitorous Ali. Now go to Ali the Hag west in the village on a hill and talk to her. She will make you a poison if you get her a snake and some camel dung (poop). Talk to the kabab seller and ask for his special sauce. Now go to the camels and use the hot sauce on the camels trough. Wait some time and then use the dung with a bucket (wear gloves).
Note: you can get green dung. This is bad dung so don't pick that up.
Now its time to get the snake. Go to the snake charmer and put some cash in the money basket. He will give you a whistle and a basket. Go west from Ali the Operator and use the flute on one of the snakes (do not play it but use it on the snake) and the snake will automatically appear in you're basket.
Now go back to Ali the Hag and you will get the poison. Use this poison on the table with the beer in the bar and get back to Ali the operator.
He will tell you to talk to the leader of the Menaphites. He will be nearby. He tells you strange plans about dominating the world! So you just decide to kill him. He will summon an lvl 75 Champion. Kill him and pick up the willow blackjack.
Now speak to a villager and he will not be happy with what you have done.
Now speak to the Bandit gang leader to the North and kill his lvl 70 champion. Pick up his addy scimitar and talk to a villager again. Now talk to the major that will thank you and tells you about Ali's nephew. Get back to Ali Morisane in al-kharid and quest complete!
