1.The coal trucks from Coal Truck Mine
This mine is very useful if you want to mine a lot of coal. It costs nothing to use the trucks and they hold 120 coal. You can put coal in there for transport by using coal with the truck. At the house you can get you goal back and bring it to back.
2. The Bar
This is a good place to pickpocket Men and Women. Also great to relax and have a drink.
3. The Anvils
Here you can smith and the bank is very close.
4. The Bank
Here you can store your things. It's a great marketplace for logs, bows, bowstrings. and nature runes.
5. Range / Elemental Workshop Quest Start Point
If you search the bookcase on the east site you'll get a Battered Book. That will start the Elemental Workshop quest when read. There is also a range to cook your food.
6. The Altar
Pray at the altar to recharge your prayer.
7. Good Woodcutting Place for Yews
A nice place for yews although it's almost always populated.
8. Party Hall
Here are all the best parties! Party Pete to your service, and upstairs is a bar! Deposit your junk into the chest to free bankspace, and pull the lever to drop it all over the hall! Or pull the lever and order some Dancin' Knights!
9. Spinning House
Upstairs in this house is a spinning wheel, and this isn't a long run from the bank.
10. The House Of No Use
This house has no use except having a roof over Phantuwti the seer from One Small Favour quest.
