Talk to Caroline, she'll tell ou whats wrong and tells you her friend Holgart can take you to the platform. Talk to Holgart and you'll find out the rowboat isn't sea worthy. He'll need swamp paste to repair it. Give him the swamp paste, he'll repair the boat. Then talk to him again, he'll bring you to the fishing platform.
Head west en talk to Bailey. You'll now need to find Kennith. Go upstairs on the ladder to the the northeast and then go west and talk to Kennith.
Go downstairs and talk to Holgart to find Kent. You'll go search for Kent on sea, you'll arrive at a small island. Talk to Kent to hear what happend.
Now you need to save Kennith, the fishermen will stop you from going up. Talk to Bailey for their weakness, he'll tell you it's heat and he'll give you a torch. You will have to light the torch yourself. Get the broken glass from the northwest and get some damp sticks from the northeast.
Use your glass with the damp sticks and you get dry sticks. Rub them together and your torch will light up. Climb the ladder (with your torch). Talk to Kennith then kick the loose panels of the outside and talk to him agian. Rotate the crane and he'll jump into the boat.
Go back to Holgart, talk to him to get back to land. Talk to Caroline to claim your reward.
