Land of the Goblins


Start:
Talk to Grubfoot in the Lumbridge mine

Required:

5 gp, Light source (with tinderbox), Toadflax, Water-filled Vial, Vial, Fishing rod, Slimy eels, Pestal and Mortar, Blue, Yellow, Purple and Orange dye

To get to the start point go to Lumbridge castle go down into the cellar and go into the Lumbridge cave, talk to Kazgar to get to the start point of the quest.



Start the quest by talking to Grubfoot. Ask Mistag why Grubfoot can't enter, then tell him you'll vouche for Grubfoot. He'll allow you to take Grubfoot into the city, go to the south into the city.



In the city walk to the northwest shop and talk to Zanik, then ask Grubfoot why he had come to Zanik. After asking what sort of dream he had you'll see a cutscene. He'll tell you about a land of goblins where golbins wear no weapons and he'll tell you it's called Yu'biusk. After he explained fully about his dream ask him how he knows the dream is true, he'll tell it was so real. Then Zanik will ask for your opinion and tell you think it must mean something.



Oldak will teleport you to a Goblin cave. Go to the north west you'll reach a stairs with two goblin guards, talk to the guards. Zanik is allowed to enter but you're not.



Now teleport to Falador and go to the Make-over Mage (southwest of Falador) and ask if he can turn you into a goblin. He'll tell you the recipe to make a goblin transformation potion and he'll give you some pharmakos berries. Use the toadflax on the water-filled vial and the pharmakos berries on the unfinished potion, to make the goblin potion.



Go to the cave again (north of Ardougne - east of Fishing guild) and walk to the northwest. Take out all your armor, drink the goblin potion and talk to the guard. Let them guess your name, you can cycle through the names by letting them guess again. When you say they got the name right then you can enter the



Talk to the High Priest to the north, ask what happened to Zanik. It turns out that Zanik had been thrown into prison. Talk to the High Priest again and this time ask about Yu'biusk. You'll have to answer some questions.

A. The Big High War God commands it.
Q. True or false: Big High War God chose goblins to be his race because goblins mighty warriors.
A. False.
Q. Oh? Why you say that?
A. Goblins were not mighty warriors before he chose us.
Q. True or false: goblin leaders should be good at planning in order to win battles.
A. False.
Q. Why not?
A. That's one of the commandments.
Q. Prophecy say some day Big High War God send Chosen Commander. What Chosen Commander do?
A. Lead goblins to victory over the whole world.

Ask him about Yu'biusk, he'll not know where it is but he thinks the former high priest knows. The former high priest is dead but he can communicate with his spirit. Ask him if you can talk to the old high priest, you'll have to collect three keys.



You'll need a goblin mail and yellow, orange, purple, blue and white dyes (black dye later in the guide). Go to Aggie and ask if she can make black or white dye. You'll have to catch whitefish, so that aggie can remove the dye from the goblin armor.

Go to the location on the fishing content (north of Ardougne) and catch the whitefish at the fishing spot.

Go back to Aggie and ask her to remove the dye, to get a white goblin mail.



Once you got all dyes you need (yellow, orange, purple, blue and white dyes). Then return to the goblin cave (north of Ardougne). Just south of the stairs into the goblin temple are black mushrooms, pick one black mushroom and use your pestal and mortar to make black mushroom ink (make sure you have a vial with you). Put off all your armor and turn into a goblin, go into the temple (down the stairs).



Wear your white goblin armor, to enter the white room. Pickpocket the priest, to get a key.



Then go to the black room and talk to Zanik in prison, ask her how you can resque her she'll tell you that they had placed his moving over distance sphere in the crate. Search the crate and talk to Zanik to give him the teleport sphere and let him escape.



You should do the same with all the other colors, just use your dye with the goblin armor to change it's color.

Now you should have visited all the sections and have six keys. Open the door behind the high priest.



Say the name (snothead) at the first grave to the left then Snothead (level 45) comes out of his grave. He'll attack you, when you killed him (should be easy) ask him where Yu'biusk is. He'll not know but he'll tell you his predecessor knows, ask for his name.



Search the grave on the other side for Snailfeet (level 45), he'll attack you ask for his predecessor's name. Continue by doing this with all the predecessors (Mosschin (level 55), Redeyes (level 65) and Strongbones (level 75)) until you reach the last one (last one is the last grave - Strongbones).

Strongbones is the strongest of them all, so you might need protection prayer to kill him, he also summons Skoblins (level 15). But you should focus on Strongbones because the Skoblins will die when you kill him. Once you've killed him ask about Yu'biusk.



Now teleport out and go to Dorgesh-Kaan, go to the northwest room and talk to Zanik. Oldak will explain how you can get to Yu'biusk, they'll tell you to me them in the caves south of Dorgesh-Kaan at the fairy ring. When you reach the cave go down the ladder and move to the east to get to the fairy ring.



Talk to Oldak, he'll tell you that you'll have to adjust the machine to spread the power over the rings, adjust the machine. The perfect power combination is 9, 4, 1, then confirm. You'll be teleported to Yu'biusk.



Yu'biusk is now a fallen place, you should go northwest to a strange box. Open the strange box, Zanik will disappear. But then the portal closes and you'll have to get back.

Quest Completed!
