Eagles' Peak

Start:
Charlie Ardougne Zoo

Required:

Items: Swamp Tar, 50 gp and Yellow Dye	Skills: Level 27 Hunter
Monster encounters: Level 13 Kebbit	Recommend items: Teleport runes Varrock and Ardougne

Speak to Charlie at the Ardougne Zoo to start the quest. Tell him that he sounds like someone that needs a quest doing. He'll ask you to look for the huntsman he send to capture a new ferret.

Now go to the Eagles' Peak west of the Tree Gnome Stronghold (map). Their will be a camp (at the north-west side of the Peak) inspect the books to find a Bird Book.

Read the book to obtain a Metal Feather. Continue by going to the top of the Eagles Peak, you can climb the rocks just east of the camp.

Follow the path to the top and inspect the rocky outcrop and then use the metal feather on it.

Enter the cave and follow the path and go south, take 10 giant feather for future use.

Just walk a little furture, you'll see a cutscene.

Now go to Varrock and to the fancy dress shop (which is located in the south-east part of Varrock). Talk to the Fancy Dress Shop Owner and tell that you are after a couple of bird costumes.

Note: You'll also need to pay 50 gold pieces.

He'll ask for 10 eagle feathers, swamp tar and yellow dye. Talk to him again if you have all the items and tell him that you have all the feathers and materials. If not get the swamp tar in Lumbridge swamps and get a yellow dye from Aggie (for eagle feathers see above).

Now go to the Eagles' Peak again (tele to Ardougne) and to the giant eagles nest (where you found Nickolaus).

Now go to the path to the west and then to the south. Their will be a stone door you can't open. You'll need a bronze, silver and gold feather to unlock the door.

Bronze Feather

Go into the tunnel closest to the door. Their will be a pedestal with netting on the ground and a feather on it.

Try taking the feather, you'll trigger a trap.

Operate all the four winches in the corners of the room to lower the pedestal. Once the pedestal is down take-from pedestal.

Now go out of the tunnel and go to the next tunnel to the north.

Silver Feather

Their will be a pedestal, inspect it. It will reveal a path. Continue and look for rocks to inspect. Inspect the rocks on your way like you do when tracking in hunter but you just need to look a lil furture.

Continue until you find an opening inspect it and a kebbit (lvl 13) will pop up. Kill it to get a silver feather.

Go out of the tunnel and go to the east tunnel (past the feathers).

Gold Feather

Enter the tunnel and get 8 odd bird seeds from the birdseed holder.

Tip: If you are confused or messed it up go out of the tunnel and reenter to start again.

-Take the path west.
-Take the first north.
-Take the first west and pull the lever.
-Take the path to the south and take the last east.
-Go to the 2nd bird feeder and use the odd bird seed on it.
-Now use odd bird seed on the 1st bird feeder.
-This will clear a way go to the east and pull the lever.
-Go back to the west and use an odd bird seed on the bird feeder at the stone gate (when you look from the entrance go west, first south and then first west).
-Go around the bird to the west and pull the lever.
-Go to the east and go far north to the first lever, pull the lever and use the odd bird seed on the bird feeder.
-Go to the west and pull the lever their.
-Go to the east and then to the far south and to then to the west. Use the odd bird seed on the bird feeder their.
-Go to the bird feather to the east and use odd bird seed on it.
-This should clear the path. Move to the north to the middle path (west of the entrance).

At the end of the path their will be a stone pedestal with the gold feather on it. Take it.

Now leave the cave and go to the stone door. Use the feathers on it and open the door.

Now wear the fake beak and the eagle cape. Walk past the eagle.

Talk to Nickolaus. Now walk past the eagle and go out of the cave.

Go back down to the camp and talk to Nickolaus. Tell him that he needs to get the ferret.

He'll learn you how to catch a ferret. You'll see a cutscene.

Now go back to the Ardougne Zoo and talk to Charlie to finish the quest.

Reward:
2,5k Hunter exp, abilety to capture ferrets and acces to fly the eagles from eagles peak.
