Just a short news post to tell everyone of our new Twitter account. We already had this account for some time and I’ve started posting updates on it about a month ago. Make sure to follow us on twitter, to stay up to date with the lates updates on RuneScape and RuneTower. RuneTower official twitter ->
Today I’ve released a new quest guide and with it the first RuneTower video guide. I’ve decided to try out video guides for RuneTower. Currently you can only view this video on YouTube: Swept Away video walkthrough, but I’ll be working on something to display the video on the quest guides page. However I’m not really sure how I want to implent this yet. Of course we also have the normal Swept Away quest guide. Please add a comment on the news post, youtube or on the forums about what you think of runescape video guides.
Maggie the travelling witch is cooking up something spectacular in her cauldron, but she needs a little help finishing it off. If you can help her out - and solve a puzzle or two along the way - she just might share some of the final product with you.
I’ve just released the Swan Song quest guide by myself. Also the quest guide page has been updated to include more information. You can now sort quests on difficulty, length, quest points and name.
Out on the edge of the known world, the Piscatoris Fishing Colony stands on the brink of disaster. Angry sea trolls are emerging from the sea and attacking the colonists, preventing them from harvesting the valuable monkfish that live in those waters. A highly experienced adventurer will be needed to drive back the trolls for good.
The Colony’s director, Herman Caranos, has a particular adventurer in mind: the notoriously amoral Wise Old Man of Draynor Village (allegations of his involvement in a spectacular bank robbery have never been substantiated).
If you’re in the mood for a bit of combat, jump on the boat on the west side of the Gnome Stronghold, speak to the Colony’s director and prepare to fight alongside the Wise Old Man as he embarks on his final adventure - his Swan Song.
In other news: I’ve changed the way related links of quests are displayed, since we already have more than 110 quest guides it was getting really crowded so I decided to show only a small set of quests.

Today we’ve released our new RuneScape dynamic signatures. Aside from the stat signatures we now have homeword bars, goal bars and skill bars. Credit goes to Normano5 for these new signatures and me for some bug fixing. I would also like to welcome Normano5 to the RuneTower staff. Hopefully he’ll provide us with much more quality signatures and scripts in the future.

We’ve also extended the amount of poses and background for the stat signatures and more poses will be coming. Credits go to TommyBurke for making those poses. If you want to submit your own poses please do so at our forums.
Please note that all our signatures are updated at least once a day.
In other news: The RuneTower Chronnicle has been released Lets do the Time Warp Again! by TommyBurke
Hey all,
I am pleased to announce the launch of RuneTower’s very own community events.
To kick it all off, we will be heading down to F2P Clan Wars and owning everything in our path. Clan Wars is a safe minigame, so dont worry about losing all of your items - they will be kept if you die.
RuneTower Events are open to all players, even if they are not a member of our forums; so invite all of your friends, and let them join in with the fun. We will be using the clan chat Holy Kane, and battling anyone who dares challenge us.
There are no requirements to take part in this event, however you will be defending the honour of RuneTower; so bring along all of your best equipment, and prepare for battle. . .

Hello everyone, just a quick message. Yesterday RuneTower turned 4. We’ve made lots of progress since March the 23th 2005. I’m proud of what we’ve done in the past, but I want us to look forward since there is still a lot for us to do. Yesterday I’ve also opened MechTower our MechScape counterpart. MechScape is a game which Jagex has been working on since 2006 and which hopefully will be released within a few months. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you want to join the MechTower staff.

The Perils of Ice Mountain Quest Guide by TommyBurke has been added to the site.
The dwarves of the Dwarven Mine have built the latest marvel of dwarven engineering: a machine to automatically make pickaxes for the many miners. In order to supply energy for this machine, they have commissioned a new power station on the slopes of Ice Mountain.
Projects of this scale are never without their problems, though. A hapless dwarf delivering resources to the power station has lost part of his delivery and any adventurer who helps him is bound to find more problems to solve.

I’ve just released the All Fired Up quest guide, check it out.
Over the years, the kingdoms of Asgarnia and Misthalin have become increasingly uncomfortable about the possibility of threats from the Wilderness and Morytania. King Roald has taken matters into his own hands and he has commissioned a network of beacons to be built across the land, from the Temple of Paterdomus at the border of Morytania, along the northern borders of Misthalin and Asgarnia and up along the western border of the Wilderness. The communication network is already in place, but King Roald could use a little help making sure everything is ready to go, in the event of emergency….

One of the things that we have been thinking of doing for a long time has been a newspaper. Now finally the time has come for us to have our own newspaper: The RuneTower Chronicle. We’ll be having about one article a month, about anything related to RuneScape. Thanks to TommyBurke for making this happen. We’ve also changed the homepage to make it a little more useful.
Check out the first article of the RuneTower Chronicle Welcome to RuneScape by TommyBurke.
